As a result of the fear of diabetes, I don't eat sugar anymore. I don't use it in my tea or coffee or pap. The only sweetener I'm using now is pure honey. I'm keeping a good eye on my sugar level because we have a history of diabetes in my family.
I don't eat a lot of refined sugar, I don't drink a lot of sugary drinks, I do not eat a lot of sugary foods. therefore, I do not have to worry about adding extra sugar to my daily diet. Too much sugar is bad, a little bit of sugar does not cause any harm
