Do you shutoff your computer?

Do you shut off your computer at the end of the day? Do you shut it off even more frequently than that?

When I turn my computer on for the day and leave it on though my screen does go off after a while but not my computer. I do shut off my computer at the end of the day.

I shut off my computer when I am done working on a project. I frequently put my laptops to sleep when I do if I'm not done with what I was working on. It's nice to get the memory cleared out, all the programs closed, and a clean slate when starting something new.

If I'm not using my computer, I'll be having it shutdown. There is no need leaving it to hibernate. It affects the battery of the laptop. It's not difficult to switch it back on when I want to use it.

Usually right before I go to bed or leave home for an extended period. If I'm staying home all day long it will probably remain on until I go to bed.

Really need to get better at doing a full shutdown, and not just sleep mode ...

The only time I don't is if I am busy doing something away from my computer, the computer goes to sleep mode and I forget I didn't shut off the computer.

I tend to turn my laptop on first thing in the morning to get ready for the day ahead and throughout the day, it will every so often go to sleep on me whilst I am busy away from my laptop.

I always turn my laptop off at the end of the day without fail.

If I'm not using my PC or my laptop, they go into full shut down. I wouldn't leave it in hibernation because I don't see the need to do so. If I want to use it again, I can restart it, it's not difficult.

It's how I do it too. I don't understand how some people will leave their system half shutdown before going to bed. You're going to sleep, do the same thing for your computer.

I shut down my computer once a day, normally in the evening when I am wrap up my work. During the day time, I usually keep it in sleep mode.

Yes, I do whenever I'm done with using it. Why would I leave it on or hibernating when it's going to hours before I need to use it again?

I do not turn off my computer. I often have applications doing things while my computer is idle.
